You'll:
Welcome guests with warmth, confidence, and genuine hospitality while anticipating their needs throughout the experience. Develop a strong understanding of our seasonal menus, preparation methods, ingredients, local farmers and vendors, wines, spirits, beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings. Guide guests through the menu and make thoughtful recommendations based on their preferences. Accurately take, enter, and deliver food and beverage orders while maintaining the pace and attention to detail expected in a high-touch restaurant. Serve wine, cocktails, and other beverages with the appropriate presentation, glassware, garnishes, and service standards. Prepare and present cocktails according to established recipes and standards. Maintain clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared stations before, during, and after service. Work collaboratively with Culinary, Beverage, and fellow front-of-house colleagues to keep service flowing smoothly. Check in thoughtfully throughout the meal, clear and reset efficiently, and respond quickly when a guest needs assistance. Handle guest checks, payments, and POS transactions accurately and professionally. Help resolve guest concerns with care, good judgment, and support from restaurant leadership when needed. Follow all food safety, sanitation, liquor laws, alcohol-service policies, and departmental standards. Who You Are You believe great hospitality is both an art and a team effort. At least two years of food and beverage serving experience; fine dining experience is preferred.Bartenders:
At least two years of bartending experience; craft cocktail experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations, and dining etiquette is highly valued. The ability to learn, remember, and enthusiastically communicate our full menu and beverage offerings.
