As part of the Gianino Family of restaurants, we pride ourselves on serving a diverse menu that includes pizzas, burgers, pastas, and appetizers, creating a welcoming environment for both guests and team members alike. Job Summary We're looking for an energetic, experienced and friendly Bartender to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you'll be the face of our bar area, mixing drinks, serving beverages, and ensuring everyone has a great time. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, skilled in customer service, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment like a nightclub or restaurant setting. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food safety and food handling practices. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems like Aloha POS or Square POS efficiently. Ensure responsible serving by checking IDs and monitoring alcohol consumption to promote safety. Support bar operations during busy nights or events such as banquets or catering functions. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service in both casual dining and nightlife environments. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with an approachable attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling, sales tracking, and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly valued. $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
