Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Take orders from customers, providing recommendations and ensuring prompt service. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Engage with customers to create a friendly atmosphere, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Skills Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred, particularly in nightclub or restaurant settings. Proficiency in cash handling and familiarity with cash registers or POS systems. Strong math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
