Job Summary This position typically starts at $8.15 per hour + tips and works a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays. Team members begin accruing PTO starting on day one, and full ‑ time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days. This role puts you at the heart of the action, where every shift brings new guests to greet, connections to make, and opportunities to bring our Family Style Service culture to life. From inventing new drink specials to keeping the bar running smoothly, you'll play a key part in shaping an unforgettable guest experience. Responsible for beverage orders from guests and servers, preparation of drinks correctly and in a timely manner. Ability to control guest intoxication limitations, with complete understanding of company policy and procedure regarding limitations Responsible for bar inventory and beverage cost control in line with budget. Responsible for, but not limited to, the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice used at bars, empty garbage, mop floors, keep all areas including bar mats and coolers, clean and orderly. Responsible for creation of drink specials as well as staying up to date on beverage trends. Adhere to department service standards of being accommodating, accurate, and attentive. Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult situations in all types of business conditions. Ability to take food orders from guests and deliver these orders to the guest when applicable. Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including but not limited to, resolving minor guest disputes and ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees. Comply with our drug & alcohol-free workplace. Subject to post offer, for cause and post-accident drug tests. Performs other duties as assigned What You Will Need Must be at least 21 yrs. of age. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Communicates effectively and maintains positive working relationships with guests, coworkers, and management. Must pass the required background check. Must have a serve safe health permit. Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with slip resistant shoes. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential. Ability to work in a loud, fast ‑ paced environment while handling multiple tasks under time constraints. Ability to communicate effectively with our patrons and fellow employees and understand simple instructions. Ability to perform assigned tasks in a restaurant environment, exposed to smoke, under frequent time pressures.

Ability to be at work on time as scheduled on a regular basis which may include nights, weekends, and holidays Report to work in a neat and clean uniform, with slip resistant shoes. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential. Travel into market areas to research new trends and best practices. A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with one year experience as a bartender or bar back preferred.
