Manage multiple orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy in drink preparation and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle credit card payments securely. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience. Monitor inventory levels of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; assist with stock replenishment as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours, including nightclubs or banquet events when applicable. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with a strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, craft beer, and cocktail creation. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Solid understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality setting. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of beverage recipe development and wine knowledge is a plus. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and accurate measurement of ingredients. Strong communication skills coupled with a passion for hospitality industry excellence.
