Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to ensure an exceptional customer experience Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness to meet food safety standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling Handle cash transactions accurately using retail math skills while maintaining accountability for all sales Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food handling and safety protocols Assist with catering events, banquets, to ensure seamless beverage delivery in various settings Demonstrate excellent time management by balancing multiple orders during busy hours without sacrificing quality or service speed Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math are essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment Previous experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not required Join us in creating vibrant social experiences where every guest leaves with a smile!
