Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender and become the heartbeat of our vibrant bar environment! In this energetic role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether you're mixing classic cocktails, recommending wine pairings, or managing bar operations, your enthusiasm and expertise will elevate every visit. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your mixology skills while working in a lively, fast-paced setting that values hospitality and creativity. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests warmly, taking orders and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies efficiently to ensure smooth service during busy hours Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep the menu fresh and exciting Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment Requirements Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Experience in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or catering environments is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional drinks and memorable moments!
