✔ Friday Nights ✔ Saturday Nights Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and cash handling transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy periods by utilizing excellent time management skills. Assist in setting up bar stations for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food and beverages seamlessly during high-volume service times. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cashiering is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing their orders accurately. Demonstrated ability to handle food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures confidently. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours without compromising quality or service speed. Familiarity with retail math, basic math skills for cash handling, and accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of the food industry standards related to brewing, serving alcohol responsibly, and maintaining a safe environment for all patrons.
