B. JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions 1. Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, performing all job duties in the safest possible manner, and immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report if a personal accident does occur. 2. Provides constant rounds for gaming guests. 3. Prepares drinks for guests and cocktail servers. 4. Remains up to date on drinks and garnishes. 5. Operates the Micros system, ringing up all drinks., accepting payments, and issuing proper change. 6. Assists in training bar attendants. 7. Knows all garnishes, glassware, and ingredients for drinks. 8. Keeps work area clean. 9. Assists fellow team members in their duties as well as always maintaining high sanitation standards. 10. Ensures thorough communication between shifts. 11. Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies and Procedures. 12. Understands that schedules are subject to change. 13. Complies with all departmental rules, sidework assignments, and departmental procedures. 14. Performs other duties specified or assigned.

C. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory Requirements 1. Is always clean and neat, in proper uniform, including nametag, I. D. badge, and skid resistant shoes. 2. Reports to work on time, signs and swipes in properly. 3. Possesses complete knowledge of all procedures related to the job. 4. Ensures that all guests are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. 5. Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members. 6. Possesses ability to work under pressure. 7. Prior experience is preferred as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment. 8. Must also possess a cooperative, helpful and friendly nature, and present a neat, clean, well-groomed appearance. 9. Must attend and pass Care (Controlling Alcohol Risks Effectively). 10. Adheres to the Cut Off Procedure and ensures all documentation is completed and turned into Guest Safety, Beverage Manager, and the Director. 11. Must be able to understand Material Safety Data Sheets as required for the position.
