Holiday Inn & Suites Tupelo North is looking for an energetic, friendly, and dependable Server/Bartender to join our Grata Bar & Grill team. Position Summary As a Server/Bartender, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company policies and state regulations. Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings. Process guest payments accurately using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar, and service areas. Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and hotel team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Qualifications Previous restaurant or bartending experience preferred (training available for the right candidate). Excellent communication and guest service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable, professional, and team-oriented. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands. Must meet all Mississippi requirements for serving alcoholic beverages.
