Whether you're mixing classic cocktails or recommending new brews, your expertise will elevate every guest interaction. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest pairings to elevate the guest experience. Handle cash transactions responsibly, process payments accurately, and balance registers at shift end. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management promptly. Experience Previous food service or hospitality industry experience with a focus on bartending or beverage service preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer trends. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and the ability to connect with diverse guests. Familiarity with food handling safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
