Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages efficiently to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Qualifications Prior experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with cash handling and retail math is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume service periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Experience with food industry operations including catering, food service, or restaurant environments is preferred.
