Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and maintain sales records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, using effective time management skills. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours at nightclubs, restaurants, or banquet events. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining excellent customer service. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience in catering or retail math is advantageous for handling cash handling duties accurately. Strong communication skills combined with a passion for hospitality will help you excel in fast-paced environments like brewing venues or food industry settings.
