Duties Monitor entry points to enforce venue policies and ensure guest safety Conduct security checks and manage crowd control during busy hours Assist with cleaning bar areas, tables, and common spaces to uphold cleanliness standards Support bartenders by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and maintaining bar cleanliness Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and equipment safely Restock bar supplies and assist with food handling and preparation as needed Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing Maintain compliance with food service bar safety regulations and venue policies Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive experience Requirements Previous experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality preferred; nightclub or catering experience is a plus Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions Knowledge of food industry standards, including food handling and safety protocols Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Familiarity with venue beverage service, cleaning procedures, and crowd management techniques Ability to work flexible hours in a lively environment; night club or banquet experience is beneficial Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude toward guest satisfaction Join us in delivering an exceptional experience where safety meets fun!
