Full Job Description Schedule:

Tuesday•Friday | 1:00 PM•8:00 PM (28 hours/week) The Vibe We aren't your typical late-night dive. We operate a sophisticated, high-standard full bar with a focused menu of artisanal flatbread pizzas. We are looking for a seasoned professional who thrives in a "quality over quantity" environment and can maintain an upscale atmosphere during our prime weekday hours. The Role As our Bartender/Supervisor , you are the anchor of the afternoon and early evening operations. You'll be responsible for the "front and back" of the house—crafting excellent cocktails while ensuring the team stays on task and the facility is locked down tight.

Key Responsibilities:

Bar Excellence:

Mix, garnish, and serve a full range of spirits, wines, and craft beers with precision and speed.

Operational Leadership:

Manage opening and closing procedures (including drawer counts and alarming the building).

Staff Oversight:

Supervise a small team to ensure consistent service standards and side-work completion.

Light Food Service:

Oversee the preparation and service of our limited flatbread pizza menu.

Inventory & Maintenance:

Monitor stock levels and ensure the bar area remains pristine and organized.

Who You Are A Self-Starter:

You don't wait for a to-do list. You see a need and fill it.

Experienced:

You have at least 2+ years of bartending experience, ideally with some previous supervisory or "keyholder" responsibilities.

Reliable:

Since you are responsible for opening and closing, punctuality is non-negotiable.

Knowledgeable:

You're comfortable with classic cocktails, modern pours, and basic food safety. Requirements Must be 21+ years of age. Relevant alcohol server certification (e.g., TIPS or ABC) as required by local law. Ability to handle cash and POS systems with high accuracy. Strong communication skills—you can lead a team while keeping a customer happy.

Pay:

$15.00•$18.00 per hour
