Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage bar operations efficiently during shifts, including processing cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop creative beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to increase sales opportunities. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy while processing payments and providing correct change. Requirements Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality settings; cocktail experience and mixology skills are essential. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, and brewing processes. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a lively environment. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Food safety knowledge and adherence to health regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices. Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments; catering or banquet experience is a plus. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding for sales upselling.
