About Us:

The Rathskeller is a historic speakeasy-style bar located in the original Montana Club in downtown Helena. With roots dating back to 1885, we're bringing new energy to a legacy space—serving up expertly crafted cocktails, local brews, and warm hospitality in a one-of-a-kind setting.

Who We're Looking For:

We're hiring experienced Bartenders and Servers who are passionate about hospitality, love classic cocktails, and thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Bartenders:

Mix and serve craft cocktails, wine, and beer with consistency and care Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar area Provide exceptional service and product knowledge Assist with inventory, stocking, and bar prep

Servers:

Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service Guide guests through food and drink options Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams Help maintain a clean and welcoming dining area

Qualifications:

Prior experience in high-end bar/restaurant environments Strong communication and multitasking skills Positive attitude and team spirit Familiarity with classic cocktails and Montana-made products is a plus
