Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, and process cash or card transactions efficiently Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Develop new beverage recipes and suggest menu pairings to enhance guest satisfaction Monitor guest consumption responsibly and promote responsible drinking practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any special dietary requests or allergies Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles such as bartending, serving, or restaurant work Strong knowledge of POS systems like Toast POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Extensive cocktail experience with a solid understanding of mixology techniques and beverage recipe development Familiarity with wine knowledge, craft beer trends, spirits, and beverage presentation standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or banquet settings Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math for sales tracking Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations Previous experience in fine dining establishments or catering environments is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join our team where your passion for hospitality meets an energetic environment full of opportunity!
