Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or card transactions seamlessly. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience, providing recommendations and answering questions about drinks and menu items. Manage multiple responsibilities including serving food, handling cash, and ensuring proper food safety practices during beverage preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health regulations related to food handling and sanitation. Assist in setting up catering events, banquets, or nightclubs by preparing drink stations and managing inventory levels efficiently. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly while delivering prompt service. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and drink recipes accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that makes guests feel appreciated. Experience in serving at the bar with a focus on brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively during high-volume shifts.
