Big Bull Bar & Grill isn't your typical bar. We're a busy restaurant with a full service bar, incredible customers, and a team that has each other's backs. Our kitchen closes around 10 PM and we're usually locked up shortly after 11 PM, so you can make great money and still have a life outside of work. We're Hiring For Friday Night, Saturday Night, Sunday Night, and Monday Night What You'll Be Doing As one of our closers, you'll help finish every night the right way.

Responsibilities include:

Providing outstanding customer service. Mixing drinks quickly, accurately, and responsibly. Checking IDs and following Montana liquor laws. Closing customer tabs and balancing cash accurately. Washing glassware and keeping the bar spotless. Cleaning and sanitizing the bar area. Restocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, and supplies. Changing kegs when needed. Taking out trash and helping prepare the restaurant for the next day. Completing nightly closing procedures and securing the building. Jumping in wherever the team needs help. Around here, nobody says, "That's not my job." What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Fast paced and able to stay cool under pressure. Team first mentality. Honest, accountable, and willing to learn. Able to lift kegs, cases, and stay on your feet throughout the shift.
