Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to work alongside talented bartenders to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing? At Parks Hospitality Group , we are looking for a hardworking and reliable Barback to join our Food & Beverage team. In this vital support role, you will be the backbone of our bar operations—ensuring our bartenders have everything they need to succeed by keeping stations fully stocked, clean, and organized so we can deliver exceptional service to every guest.
What You'll Do:
Set up and stock the bar with necessary supplies, including beer, wine, spirits, mixers, and garnishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware and work surfaces. Assist bartenders during busy periods by replenishing supplies, fetching bottles, and pouring drinks. Collect empty glasses and bottles and restock as needed. Monitor inventory levels and alert management to supply needs. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times. Provide friendly and efficient customer service. Assist with other tasks, including dishwashing or kitchen operations, as needed.
What You'll Need:
A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail for maintaining cleanliness and organization. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items. Basic knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktails is a plus.
