The Speckled Trout Restaurant and Bottle Shop Busy, high-quality restaurant looking for experienced Servers & Bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering an exceptional guest experience. What You'll Do:

Deliver a top-tier guest experience from start to finish Take accurate orders & serve efficiently Craft cocktails, pour beer, and guide guests through wine & beverage selections Upsell food & drinks with confidence Work as part of a tight, fast-moving team

What We're Looking For:

1-2+ years serving and/or bartending experience Knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine Positive attitude & strong sense of urgency Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Ability to handle high-volume shifts Must be available nights & weekends Must work 4+ days/week Must be willing to host before serving/bartending
