We're looking for a hospitality professional who enjoys building relationships with guests, has a passion for wine, craft cocktails, and exceptional food, and thrives in a polished yet relaxed environment. Whether you're behind the bar crafting cocktails or guiding guests through our wine list, you'll play an essential role in creating memorable evenings. What You'll Do Deliver warm, genuine hospitality from the moment guests arrive until they leave. Guide guests through our curated wine list and seasonal tapas menu. Prepare classic and specialty cocktails with consistency and attention to detail. Make thoughtful wine, cocktail, and food pairing recommendations. Maintain expert knowledge of our rotating wines, menu offerings, and special events. Work collaboratively with our kitchen and service team to provide seamless guest experiences. Keep the bar, dining room, and service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready. Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and side work. Help create an atmosphere that encourages guests to return again and again. We're Looking For Someone Who Loves hospitality and genuinely enjoys taking care of people. Has previous restaurant, wine bar, or upscale casual dining experience. Is dependable, professional, and accountable. Communicates well under pressure. Works with urgency while maintaining attention to detail. Takes ownership without needing constant direction. Enjoys learning about wine and is excited to continue expanding their knowledge. Can work evenings, weekends, and occasional special events. Wine knowledge is appreciated but not required—we're happy to teach the right person with the right attitude.
