Job Summary We are looking for Friday and Saturday Night availability from 5:30PM-3AM with opportunity for extra shifts We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft memorable experiences by expertly mixing drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a lively atmosphere for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations. Manage cash handling duties accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, including processing payments and giving correct change. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightlife or nightclub settings, while addressing any concerns promptly. Restock bar inventory efficiently, tracking supplies and communicating needs to management for timely replenishment. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery in food handling and serving. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality setting; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling is essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills. Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations; certifications related to alcohol service are advantageous. Familiarity with food industry terminology including catering, food service, brewing processes, and nightclubs enhances your effectiveness in this role.
