Restaurant Server Bartender

• SOHOT Hotpot | Cary, NC SOHOT Hotpot is looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable team members to join our restaurant as a Server Bartender .

This position includes serving responsibilities with some bartending, so we're looking for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Serving experience required. Bartending experience is preferred but not required

• we're willing to train the right candidate.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older due to North Carolina law regarding the sale of fortified wine, spirituous liquor, and mixed beverages. Bartending experience preferred but not required. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

PM Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Take food and beverage orders and provide table service. Deliver food and drinks accurately and promptly. Verify guest identification and comply with all North Carolina alcohol laws. Process guest orders and payments accurately. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar and dining area. Work as part of the team to provide an exceptional dining experience. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
