Qualifications:

Guest‑first mindset — A true desire to anticipate and satisfy guest needs in a fast‑paced environment. Refined communication — Clear, confident, and engaging verbal skills. Physical stamina — Ability to lift and carry moderate weight throughout the shift. Age & experience — Must be at least 21 years old with a minimum of one year of relevant bartending or service experience. Beverage knowledge — Familiarity with cocktails, beer, and wine; ability to prepare drinks to spec. Safety & sanitation — Commitment to responsible alcohol service and adherence to all procedures and policies. Team collaboration — Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
