Duties Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to keep the bar fully prepared for service Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar cleaning, food handling stations, and general venue tidiness Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies, cleaning equipment, and moving stock safely and efficiently Support food service by preparing simple food items, ensuring food safety compliance, and assisting with food presentation when needed Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing accurately Uphold venue beverage service standards by adhering to alcohol safety policies and ensuring responsible serving practices at all times Qualifications Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred; bartending or nightclub experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning tasks and maintain hygiene standards in a busy setting Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management Ability to lift heavy loads safely during stock replenishment or equipment maintenance Knowledge of food industry safety protocols, including food handling and bar safety compliance Experience with catering events or venue beverage service is advantageous but not required Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in energetic environments, and want to be part of a team that values your enthusiasm!
