South End, Charlotte, NC Job type: Part-time / Full-time The role We're looking for a mixologist who treats a cocktail like a performance. You'll build and execute our signature menu, help develop new drinks, and bring the presentation and hospitality that make a guest pull out their phone and then tell their friends. What you'll do Craft and serve our signature cocktails to spec, with consistency and speed Execute drink presentation rituals (smoke, garnish, tableside moments) Contribute ideas for seasonal, event, and feature menus Run a clean, organized, well-stocked bar Prep syrups, infusions, garnishes, and batched ingredients Follow pour, inventory, and cost-control procedures Guide guests through the menu and recommend drinks with confidence Check IDs and serve alcohol responsibly What we're looking for 2+ years behind a craft cocktail bar (high-volume or lounge experience a plus) Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and technique Comfort with speed and showmanship Calm under pressure on busy late nights Reliable, punctual, and a team player Must be 21+ and able to work nights and weekends Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 40 lbs Nice to have Menu development or competition experience Responsible alcohol server training Comfort with POS systems (we use Toast) A social media presence or an eye for content What we offer Competitive Pay Real creative input on the menu A brand-forward venue in one of Charlotte's busiest neighborhoods Growth path as we expand programming and events
