This role involves providing exceptional service to our guests, crafting a variety of drinks, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spirits, mixology, wine knowledge, and food service. This position is perfect for someone with hospitality industry experience looking for flexible hours, including weekends and Sundays, as it is a fill-in role requiring weekend availability. Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and attention to detail Mix drinks according to recipes and customer preferences, utilizing expertise in mixology Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive experience Manage transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety standards Restock bar supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and verify legal drinking age Requirements Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant environments is preferred Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and mixology techniques Experience working with POS systems for order processing and transactions Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Weekend availability including Sundays is required due to the part-time/fill-in nature of the position Must be at least 21 years old This position offers an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and beverage service to contribute to a lively guest experience.
Pay:
