Responsibilities Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program Collaborate closely with sales agents to escort clients on home tours Deliver comprehensive, written feedback to help refine or confirm clients' home search preferences Draft and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation activities Engage in weekly script practice sessions in alignment with team standards Actively participate in team meetings and events as required Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls Maintain accurate records of tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Hold an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one, with free assistance provided to secure your license if needed Qualifications Enthusiastic about engaging with people and skilled at building and sustaining professional relationships Driven by a strong passion to assist others while dedicated to personal growth in real estate and leadership People-focused with excellent interpersonal skills Maintains a positive and upbeat demeanor Comfortable spending extensive time driving Capable of assessing clients' preferences and effectively matching them with suitable homes Eager to learn and develop new skills Ambitious with a demonstrated track record of success High school diploma or equivalent Must hold an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one (we offer free assistance to help you get licensed) About-our-team We are powered by PLACE, a broker-agnostic business services and technology platform transforming the industry for top agents and their customers.
