Bartender / Bartender Manager

Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and guest-focused Bartender / Bartender Manager to join our brand new Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar location in Concord, NC. This exciting role combines leadership, craft beverage expertise, and a genuine passion for hospitality. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service and responsible alcohol practices.

Duties:

Supervise and support all bar staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment Manage daily bar operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards Oversee cash handling and POS transactions with accuracy (Toast POS experience a plus) Train staff on food safety protocols, responsible alcohol service, and hospitality standards Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales while promoting a positive guest experience Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws, food safety regulations, and health department standards

Experience:

Previous bartending or bar management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine Experience with POS systems (Toast POS preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
