Responsibilities Serve craft beers, cocktails, spirits, and wine with enthusiasm and product knowledge. Create a safe and comfortable environment for our guests. Assist customers in selecting beverages tailored to their preferences. Engage with customers, sharing stories and imparting craft beer knowledge. Contribute to the creation of innovative drink menus, staying updated on industry trends. Uphold service standards in a high-paced environment. Collaborate with the bar team to enhance the overall beverage program. Operate the point of service station, handling transactions accurately and managing tabs. Manage inventory, track supplies, and contribute to ordering processes. Monitor customer behavior for responsible alcohol service and intervene when necessary. Adhere to Lost Worlds Brewing's policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and alcohol serving regulations. Qualifications Proven experience as a Craft Beer and Craft Cocktail Bartender. Knowledge of mixology techniques, flavor profiles, and craft beverages. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Meticulous yet flexible, passionate about craft beverages. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Understanding of responsible alcohol service practices. Must be 21 years of age or older with no convictions for alcohol-related offenses in the past two years.
