Bartender

We are a vibrant bar and billiards venue known for our lively games scene, welcoming atmosphere, and strong community ties. We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and professional Bartender to deliver exceptional service and maintain a safe, welcoming bar environment. If you're passionate about hospitality and mixology, we'd love to meet you! We are currently recruiting for qualified individuals who are able to work regular weekend shifts and select weekday shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Provide exceptional, friendly service to every guest Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Prepare and serve bar snacks Maintain thorough knowledge of our drink menu, ingredients, and presentation standards Administrative Tasks Process transactions accurately using the POS system (cash and card payments) Record hours worked and report cash tips via POS Check customer identification and ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety regulations Identify and responsibly handle inebriated guests Work collaboratively with other bartenders, barbacks, and management Bar Maintenance Complete opening and closing checklists each shift Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Restock glassware, beverages, and supplies as needed Conduct routine checks to ensure customer safety and address any maintenance needs Qualifications Previous bartending experience Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Why Join Us?
