Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders and offering recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings. Restock supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, glassware, and garnishes. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events like catering or banquets. Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods using strong organizational skills. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Experience with serving food in addition to beverages is a plus; knowledge of catering or food industry standards is beneficial.
