The management team at Aperitif is all former bartenders, servers, and chefs, and we understand that a great relationship between us and our staff is vital to creating a great concept. Jason, Bryan & Kristy Bartender Bartenders are responsible for implementing Aperitif's drink program through attention to detail, vast knowledge of our drink and food menus, and friendly and prompt service of our bar guests. Duties include memorization and execution of our specialty cocktail/mocktail list, knowledge and execution of our beer and wine list, attending to the needs of our bar guests, setting up and breaking down the bar each night for service, and preparing various juices, syrups, and garnishes for use in our cocktail program. Previous bartending experience is required. Bartenders who excel and express a desire to do so will be given an opportunity to move into a bar manager role in the near future.
