The ideal candidate is equally passionate about craft beer, craft food, and cocktails, and enjoys serving their community with a smile.

Responsibilities:

Crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, including our extensive beer selection, classic cocktails, and wine by the glass and bottle. Quickly learning and accurately preparing new and seasonal cocktail recipes. Engaging with guests in a courteous, welcoming, and efficient manner, always with a smile. Following open and closing procedures as directed, without fail. Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately including end of day reports. Monitoring inventory and communicating when items get low. Serve bar guests with full service lunch or dinner menu, plus bar menu. May also be required to serve tables as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year of bartending experience. Extensive knowledge of craft beer styles Reliability and self-management are a must. In our family-run restaurant, you will sometimes need to be self-managed and to operate judiciously and independently. Outstanding customer service skills with a consistently courteous and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Reliability is a must. Consistent, timely, and responsive communicator. Much communication happens via electronic means and this is vital. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work POS and reservation app. Experience in Toast and Open Table preferred.
