Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred 1+ years of bartending experience Must be TIPs/TEAM certified (will accept Team certification or will provide training). Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required.Specialized Qualifications:
Must be extremely hardworking and organized. Must be exceedingly responsible and accountable. Maintain good grooming and personal hygiene. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent listening and communication skills. Renowned time management and organization skills. Strong Customer Service skills with the desire to go above and beyond a client's needs. The ability to work alone and as a team. Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. Availability to work all home football games. Live within or near Durham, NC. Work Environment The work environment for this position will be event operations and working out of the Football Stadium or similar venues. This position will often move throughout campus and stadium grounds on different terrains. Uniform Requirements Adherence to Company Uniform Requirements outlined in the Associate Handbook, uniform requirements outlined in your orientation guidelines.Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of being in one place, moving through an event space, and traveling from venue to venue. Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items.
