Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Duties:

• Greet customers and take drink orders promptly
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales
• Handle cash transactions accurately
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Experience:

• 2 years as a previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment is required
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Proficient in retail math, including calculating discounts, percentages, and sales totals
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
