We're a busy sports bar and pool hall with leagues, tournaments, sporting events, and a strong group of regular customers. We're looking for someone who understands that bartending is more than just making drinks. Great service, hospitality, cleanliness, speed, and creating a welcoming atmosphere are all part of the job. Responsibilities Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to every guest Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, shots, and other beverages accurately and consistently Take food orders and communicate with the kitchen Check identification and follow all alcohol-service laws and policies Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Keep up with guests during busy tournament, league, and sporting-event nights Restock beer, liquor, mixers, glassware, and supplies as needed Complete opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities Help maintain cleanliness throughout the bar and guest areas Promote food, drink specials, and additional items when appropriate Work as part of the team and help coworkers when needed Create a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back What We're Looking For Previous bartending or serving experience preferred Strong customer-service and hospitality skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to multitask and stay organized Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to communicate professionally with guests and coworkers Willing to clean, stock, and stay productive during slower periods Must be able to work evenings and weekends Must meet all North Carolina requirements for serving alcohol
