Duties Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of quality. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence. Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting for guests. Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper storage to minimize waste and control costs. Oversee cash handling, processing transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Ensure compliance with food safety standards, alcohol regulations, and cleanliness protocols at all times. Provide training on bar techniques, POS operation, food handling, and customer service to new team members. Requirements Proven experience in bartending with a strong background in mixology, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and cocktail creation. Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a bar or restaurant setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; ability to process cash transactions efficiently. Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods seamlessly. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest experiences. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in fine dining, nightclub environments, catering events, or banquet settings is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. $2.00 - $3.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
