While bartending experience is preferred, we're willing to train the right candidate who has a strong background in waiting tables or customer service and demonstrates a commitment to learning and growing with us. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly manner to enhance their experience and promote our beverage offerings. Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reporting shortages promptly. Operate POS systems such as Toast POS to process cash and card transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar/dining area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Assist in developing new beverage recipes and cocktail menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Handle cash transactions efficiently while providing excellent customer service during busy hours. Skills Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within the hospitality industry is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between drink preparation and guest interaction. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential. Possessing some knowledge in popular cocktails.
