We're locally owned, membership-based, and intentionally small. Our doors open three nights a week, and every cocktail we serve is built with house-made components and genuine attention to the craft. If you've been looking for a bar that values substance over speed, you'll feel at home here. What Thursday Nights Look Like Thursdays are our opening night each week — the pace is steady, the crowd is familiar, and the atmosphere is relaxed but refined. You'll be the sole bartender for the evening, which means you set the tone from the moment the first guest walks in until the lights go down.

Your evening includes:

Preparing the bar for service — stocking, garnish prep, confirming inventory, and making sure every detail is dialed in before doors open Mixing cocktails from our seasonal and classic menus with care and consistency Creating a warm, conversational atmosphere for members and their guests Managing the bar independently throughout the night Breaking down and closing out at the end of the evening — cleaning, storing, reconciling, and resetting the space You'd Be a Great Fit If You… Have 2+ years behind the bar, ideally with some exposure to craft or specialty cocktail service Know your way around classic cocktail builds and are eager to master our rotating menu Enjoy working solo and take pride in running a clean, organized bar on your own Bring genuine warmth to every interaction — our members notice and appreciate it Show up on time, every time, with a professional attitude Hold a valid NC Seller/Server Training Certification (or are willing to get one before your first shift) Are at least 21 years of age Why This Gig Is Worth It One consistent night per week — easy to plan around A calm, quality-first atmosphere that lets you actually practice your craft Premium ingredients and a thoughtfully curated cocktail program A small, close-knit ownership group that treats its team like family Something genuinely different from the typical bar scene How to
