Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through menu options with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient processing Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the guest experience while maintaining consistency and quality Manage cash transactions accurately, process payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during service or banquet events Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging with guests, addressing their needs promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere Assist in bar management duties as needed, supporting inventory control and stock replenishment Uphold all health regulations related to food safety, alcohol service, and responsible beverage service Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, beverage recipe development, wine selection, and spirits expertise Prior fine dining or restaurant experience with a focus on customer service excellence Familiarity with craft beer offerings and beverage trends within the hospitality industry Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations Experience in food handling, food safety standards, catering events, or banquet service preferred Knowledge of bar management practices including inventory control and stock organization Strong communication skills coupled with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
