Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and the food industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while efficiently managing the bar area and ensuring high-quality service. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries. Operate cash registers and POS systems, including Aloha POS, to process transactions accurately. Collaborate with catering staff during events to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies. Utilize math skills for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new drink recipes, trends, and safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest experiences. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Knowledge of catering services is advantageous but not mandatory.
