Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating exceptional drink experiences for our guests while maintaining a clean and organized bar environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide exceptional service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service policies. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Toast POS system or similar technology. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends, and menu offerings to enhance guest experience. Be willing to share our events and your fabulous creations on your social media. Skills Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food service industry, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages effectively. Excellent mathematical skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairings. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest interactions. A proactive attitude towards helping colleagues and contributing to team success.
