Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, craft beers, wines, and specialty beverages, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggestively sell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage cash transactions efficiently while processing payments accurately and handling cash safely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods Assist with food handling, serving, catering events, banquet service, and food safety protocols as needed Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by engaging with guests professionally and resolving any concerns promptly Support bar management in inventory control, restocking supplies, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles such as server or bartender Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; prior cashiering or cash handling experience preferred Extensive cocktail experience with proficiency in mixology techniques and beverage recipe development Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, and beverage presentation standards Experience working in fine dining environments or high-volume restaurants is highly desirable Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in retail math calculations Familiarity with food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and basic math skills for order processing Hospitality industry experience that demonstrates professionalism, adaptability, and a passion for guest satisfaction Join us to bring your vibrant personality and expert skills into an exciting environment where every shift is an opportunity to delight guests!
