Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies

Skills:

• Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong understanding of retail math for inventory management
• Experience with cash registers and cash handling procedures
• Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
• Familiarity with catering or banquet services is a plus
• Experience with Aloha POS system is advantageous
