Competitive hourly pay + tips About the Job The Pour House is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Bartender to join our team in Shallotte! We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a lively bar environment, provides excellent customer service, and can keep things running smoothly during busy shifts. If you're outgoing, dependable, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and mixed drinks Provide friendly and attentive customer service Take customer orders and process payments accurately Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar Check IDs and follow all alcohol service laws and policies Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly Restock supplies as needed throughout the shift Work efficiently during busy nights, events, karaoke, trivia, and sports games Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers Work collaboratively with other staff members What We're Looking For Bartending or hospitality experience preferred Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality Reliable and punctual Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Available to work evenings and weekends Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Must meet all North Carolina requirements for serving alcohol Why Work at The Pour House?
