Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively, welcoming atmosphere where patrons feel valued and entertained. Whether managing busy nights at a nightclub or serving at a fine dining establishment, you will be the heartbeat of our bar area, ensuring smooth operations and satisfied customers every shift. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service and personalized drink recommendations Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at the end of each shift using retail math skills Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service or catering events when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders during banquets or special functions Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, restaurant, or banquet setting; fine dining experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; proficiency in cashiering and food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently without compromising quality Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hospitality operations Experience in brewing or hospitality industry certifications is a plus but not mandatory Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences!
