Summary As a Food Server and Bartender, you will be integral to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Reporting to the restaurant manager, your role encompasses taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Your core skills in customer service and POS systems will be essential for efficient operations, while your premium skills in fine dining and time management will enhance guest interactions. With relevant experience in banquet service and cash handling, you will contribute to a vibrant atmosphere that prioritizes guest satisfaction and quality service. Our ideal candidates would have previous experience with Toast POS system. However We are willing to train quick learners in how to use system. You will also have the option to become a Brixx Trainer where you can travel around the country and assist with opening new stores and training new staff. Pay for this role is based upon experience and references. starting is 2.15 an hour +tips. our servers and bartenders average 22 dollars an hour from tips for exceptional servers.
